Could you confirm for me that you are using the Segger Embedded Studios Nordic Edition?
It should say so in the title of your SES program window.

Did you install the toolchain with the Toolchain manager option in nRF Connect?

If you are working with SES Nordic Edition, there should be an option in the File drop-down menu, for Open nRF Connect SDK Project.

I dont know how to do these steps:

Start SEGGER Embedded Studio by clicking Open IDE
Select File → Open nRF Connect SDK Project…

SEGGER Embedded Studio does not offers me the opportunity to select nRF Connect SDK ...

what do i have to fix ?

I highly recommend reading through the Getting started with the nRF9160 DK guide on Infocenter.

For which specific software you will need to download and install, please see the Installing the required software section of the getting started with the nRf9160 guide.
