&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The application can&amp;#39;t exit debug mode, but the debugger can.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. To enter debug interface you request power in DP.CTRL/STAT register (DP = Debug Port)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. When you exit you should clear those bits&lt;/p&gt;
