In Your example code I had to add the command "nrf_temp_init();" in function main() in main.c . Themperature Measurement works well now and is displayed at my tablet.

For a quick example of how to make an application sending data on the format nRF Temp expects, have a look at this.

There is an example called ble_app_hts in the nRF51 SDK. This is for the development kit (nrf51822\board\nrf6310\ble\ble_app_hts), but it should be possible to run this on the evaluation kit with some minor changes.
