 After some weeks of inactivity and moving my desk to an other address, the nRF connect application is not running and show a white screen for all applications except for Toolchain Manager ?

I will try to convey what the developer told me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The whitescreen is most likely related to jlink, since Toolchain Manager does not have that problem which doesn&amp;#39;t use device selector menu.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To downgrade jlink requires change in the registry, and it does not seem like you did that, but when you upgrade it, this is not necessary. &lt;strong&gt;What version of jlink are you using? The newest one? &lt;/strong&gt;Make sure you install the newest one, or the one that comes with the nRF Connect for Desktop app.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To use an older version of nRF Connect for Desktop is not that easy, since you will get the last version of all the apps, which are not compatible.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some other causes to this may be:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;If you have a unicode-character in the user path&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;If some of the usb-devices connected gets device-listing to crash. It may be a usb hub or some other device&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Also could you provide me the &amp;quot;system report&amp;quot; from nRF Connect for Desktop?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have for the second time uninstall nrfconnect 3.6 for desktop, jlink drivers and install again this version but I obtain the same result a white screen !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have also try to uninstall the 3.6.0 version, Jlink drivers and install the nrfconnect 3.2.0 version ( the one I had before moving the PC and It&amp;#39;s always white screen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the mean time I&amp;#39;ve install nrfconnect 3.6 for desktop and the jlink driver on an other PC and it work, so for now I can work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But I already need to work from my own pc, so what can be the problem?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Regarding flashing the units. This can be achieved by installing the &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Tools/nRF-Command-Line-Tools/Download"&gt;nRF Command Line Tools&lt;/a&gt; and using the nrfjprog executable (nrfjprog --program &amp;lt;name&amp;gt;.hex --sectorerase). &lt;p&gt;Updating SEGGER J-LINK Software don&amp;#39;t resolve the problem after rebooting the PC screen still be white.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Updating the nRF Connect software to the new version 3.6.0, restarting the PC and screen still be white !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hope you have other solution ?&lt;/p&gt;
