It can also be found in the &lt;sdk root&gt;/components/softdevice/&lt;SoftDevice variant&gt;/doc/ folder of the nRF5 SDK.</p> <p>For s132 v7.2.0 the Firmware ID is 0x0101.</p> <p>Regards,<br />Terje</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
