Update: pc-ble-driver-py version 0.16.0 onwards supports Python 3.9.

I am very sorry for the delay. Thank you for sharing the workaround of using Python 3.8. I see that Vidar has reported the issue from the other thread in our internal issue tracker, and it sounds reasonable to think that the issues are related. I'll add details from this issue as well, for the developers to look into.

Works with official Python 3.8 from python.org, but not 3.9. Suggest downgrading to 3.8 until this is resolved.
