Hi,

The Bootloader and application will always share the same Softdevice, so I would recommend re-compiling the bootloader bootloader against the s340 API headers and then test the bootloader with the s340 Softdevice to make sure everything works as expected. To change the API headers from s140 to s340, you simply replace the include paths for the s140 (../components/softdevice/s140/headers/nrf52) to one that points to your s340 headers. Note that there will be some API differences if the Softdevices don't share the same version number.
