Yes, uninstall v3.2.5 and install v3.0.14 and see if that fixes the problem.

Thanks for the prompt reply. The Wireshark Version that I am using is version 3.2.5.

By earlier version, do you mean v3.0.14? Or how do I go about doing a downgrade?

Thank you.

Regards,

Which version of Wireshark do you have installed? I've heard about the same problem happening with others when using v3.2, so if you have this version could you try downgrading to an earlier version?

Best regards,

I've resolved the issue already. Thank you!

I didn't know that I need to choose a particular channel to sniff.

But there is an issue where whenever I "Stop Capturing Packets" Wireshark will crash, and I had to look for it in the temp folder. May I know how to resolve this issue?

RE: Could not sniff ZigBee using Wireshark with nRF52840DK

Hi,

Are you using a nRF52840 DK or nRF52840 Dongle to sniff the packages?

Which channel are you sniffing on?

Are you using Nordic devices and our SDK for Zigbee, or are you using third party devices? If you're using our SDK, is it the nRF5 SDK for Thread and Zigbee or NCS, and which version of the SDK?

Best regards,
