Yes, those apply to the iOS mesh library and will affect how the phone is handling communication with mesh network using gatt proxy.

Hello,

That is because of a long connection interval set in nRF Mesh SDK, which is set such so the ADV bearer has more time to communicate with other nodes. You need to find sweet spot if you want to modify connection interval, whether you need quick Gatt connection or less lag in the network when a gatt proxy is connected. Please, refer to the documentation of nRF Mesh SDK.
