yes from toolchain manager and yes i was looking at the official example. my local rep told me it was yet another bug with SES. I have to clean the build directories on startup when i open the SDK.

Are you using the Toolchain Manager to open SES?

Have you tried any of our official Bluetooth samples in the NRF project?

I am using v4.52 64 Bit on Windows

Hello,

I've successfully removed both CTS and HRS, and renamed the device using "Configure nRF Connect SDK project". I also commented out cts_notify and hrs_notify, and other relevant code in the project.

What version of SES are you using?

Before I was editing the prj.conf directly in a text editor. In Segger Studio I tried project->Configure NRF Connect SDK Project

I then loaded the prj.conf file and pressed "Configure". Then I rebuilt the solution and ran the project onto my board. Now the HRS is gone, but the Current Time Service remains and the board is still using the old name.
