&lt;p&gt;There is no way to use Gazell without ACK. The device uses the ACK&amp;#39;s to synchronize with the host, and so they are critical to the protocol working properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The max throughput with the nRF51 and nRF52 implementation of Gazell is about 213kb/s in each direction, assuming 2Mbps on-air datarate and 32 byte packets.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
