 PWM and I2C are being used on a custom board using nrf52832. I connected I2C to pins 26 and 25 and PWM to pins 27. But I2C doesn&amp;#39;t work, and PWM does, but there&amp;#39;s some noise.

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s not recommended as they can interfere with the radio. They should work though. So your issue is probably related to something else.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;ll close this case and we&amp;#39;ll continue&amp;nbsp;the discussion&amp;nbsp;on the &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/67865/twi_scanner-has-fallen-into-an-infinite-loop"&gt;other thread&lt;/a&gt; , a&lt;/span&gt;s it seems that this case is related that ticket.&lt;/p&gt;
