Even through the board definition file is not support PCA10100 , you may use the others. It's just the hardware board definition . As you want you can build up PCA10100.h as your own. But the project should add on "BOARD_PCA10100" and modify the board.h in case. I think the more important thing is the softdevice. If the softdevice is the same, the project can be used without problems.

I think there was some issue with having multiple Keil device family pack on your device. Can you please uninistall all the device family pack in Keil and just install the one needed for that particular version of the SDK. If you search devzone for "missing nrf_erratas.h" you will find more about this.

because Nordic are more focussed on supporting SES ... ?

is it actually missing, or just not being found - ie, Include Paths incorrect/incomplete ?
