Hi Hakon,

I've fixed this issue.
But I don't know if those changes were made to fix the problem.
I ran this software: DirectX Repair V3.9
This software is also installed: en_.net_framework_3.5_service_pack_1_x86_x64_ia64
Then the problem mentioned in case is solved.

Can you try installing the "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017" from https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/older-downloads/?

1. Yes, I'm using the scripts you listed.
2. These scripts have bugs on windows20H2.
3. The reason for this bug is caused by the windows system has changed the file path '\\'.

I can upgrade modem using Programmer in NRF Connect
But the pynrfjprog tool upgrades modem are used more frequently

Hello,

have you tried upgrading the modem firmware using the nRF programmer app? That is the recommended way of upgrading the modem firmware these days.
