The QFAB series have less RAM and Flash memory which might explain this behavior. If not, and it is indeed a QFAA-B0 chip, that points to it being a revision 1 chip while the QFAA-E0 is revision 2. There are a few differences between the revisions,&nbsp;the main fixes made to revision 2 are the ones listed here. Can you provide the full build code of your unprogrammable chip, so I can check if there are any specifics to be aware of?</p> <p>I would also like a detailed explanation of how exactly the QFAAB0 chip is unprogrammable.
