I tested several boards,some boards are abnormal ，some boards are good and work well， the abnormal boards must have welded problems. thank you for your replay.

Can you check that the NRF_UICR->NFCPINS register is set correctly? You can read it using "nrfjprog --memrd 0x1000120C".

It would also be great if you can post the values of the GPIO registers.

I am testing this on my own desigened board,using SDK 15.0,I can not share this project for some reason,this is 2nd board ,the designer changed button and power hold pin to PIn 0.09 and Pin 0.10,in 1st board,the button and power hold pin are P0.13 and P0.12,this board works well.

Hi,

Are you testing this on a custom board, or on a nRF52 DK? If you are testing on a custom board, are you able to reproduce the same behavior on a nRF52 DK? The pins should not be configured by downloading the softdevice to the board.

Can you share your project for us to reproduce and debug this issue?
