&lt;p&gt;Are you testing this on a custom board, or on a nRF52 DK? If you are testing on a custom board, are you able to reproduce the same behavior on a nRF52 DK? The pins should not be configured by downloading the softdevice to the board.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can you share your project for us to reproduce and debug this issue?&lt;/p&gt;
