Could you please try the device on another computer?

Also make sure that none of the jumpers has fell off, especially on P22.
What LEDs are flashing?

Do you see any COM ports if you use e.g. Termite?

yes its flashing , but there is no COM port recognized by the computer. Also I tried all links that you mentioned but nothing

When flashing the Asset tracker to the nrf9160 do you see any LEDs flash?

Could you open the device manager and see if the computer recognizes all the COM ports there?*

Please verify that you did the steps correctly:

Modem --> https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fug_nrf91_dk_gsg%2FUG%2Fnrf91_DK_gsg%2Fupdating_modem_firmware.html

Boardcontroller file is the same approach as "application", but with the switch on the DK set to nRF52.

Also Please look at the attached pictures . nothing change its the same I did what you said using nrf command tool for flashing assets tracker or at client hex on nrf91 board. also i flashed nrf91 board .hex file on nrf51 board because that what I have found for nrf51 board on that link . BTW I flashed nrf91 modem using programmer. please advice me

Hi,

Please download the latest nrfjprog version..

Then download the precompiled firmware (.zip) and the nrf52boardcontroller for the DK.

Put the switch on the DK to nrf52 and flash the board controller.
Then put the switch to nRF91 and flash the modem firmware.

Then you can flash the application, for example the Asset Tracker sample.
