I have never seen this before, so I do not know, maybe try some other drive other than C:.

This seems to be an issue with the Segger JLink.exe driver.

I have never seen this kind of behavior before and on my desk, it clearly creates the file.

Which version of jlink are you using?

if no error is given, then you should have a file saved test.bin in the given location where the 0x100 bytes of memory starting at 0x0 should be dumped

hm, i try but nothing happen, no error, nothing..

p.s: i have nrf52840-mdk dongle

Not sure why the save file button is greyedout.

Can you please open the JLink Commander and try the savebin command as mentioned in the link.
