As awneil says, you should check out the Keil documentation on setting up include paths. Additionally, I would suggest checking the length of the path to these files, as very long paths to project files causes some IDEs not to find them. Please try moving the SDK folder as close to the root of your path as possible.

It would be much better to post the errors as text than as a picture; probably best to post as for source code (see below; just omit step 2).
