Currently, the Samsung Galaxy A series has a problem that UART communication is not available.
I want to find the cause and solution of this problem, How can I find it?
Thank you.

Are you able to do an on-air sniffer log? If you don't have access to an Ellisys or Frontline sniffer, then you can use the Nordic nRF Sniffer tool:
https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Tools/nRF-Sniffer-for-Bluetooth-LE
https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_sniffer_ble/UG/sniffer_ble/intro.html

Please also try some of the other BLE examples for comparison, e.g.:
https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.0.2/examples_ble_peripheral.html

For instance you can try BLE Blinky application, Heart Rate application and HID keyboard application for comparison.

Best regards,
Kenneth
