&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Stupid question, just to be sure: Is the power switch in the ON position?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What HW version of the Thingy:91 do you have? It should say on the sticker, below the PCA number.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you turn the Thingy on while holding the small white button next to the nRF9160 (SW4), are you able to set the nRF52840 in bootloader mode?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If so, please update the firmware of the nRF52840 to the newest version of the connectivity_bridge application.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If that does not work, you might be able to update the nRF52840 from a Linux computer or VM.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you try to follow this guide from a Linux computer or VM? &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/cellular-iot-guides/b/getting-started-cellular/posts/thingy91_2d00_fw_2d00_update_2d00_mcuboot"&gt;https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/cellular-iot-guides/b/getting-started-cellular/posts/thingy91_2d00_fw_2d00_update_2d00_mcuboot&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Note that the guide forgot to mention that you must also have Git installed for the &amp;#39;go get&amp;#39; command to work.&lt;/p&gt;
