In addition to the earlier reply of checking if the custom board file correctly maps the pins, I would like to ask you if you have tuned the board?

Please check schematic. Earlier we got reviewed. And done many board with same design. It worked fine. Now only it's not working.

If you really can exclude broken or wrong hardware components on your custom board I'd recomment to double check if your board fits the mode you are using in your Firmware (DCDC or LDO), you've used and flashed the correct softdevice and your sdk_config.h does not make assignments which are not matching your custom board.

Otherwise I'd make use of Nordics schematic/layour review service to check if your custom board meets the design requirements.

nRF52 DK bluetooth is working. But custom board BLE is not showing. Mainly custom board BLE part we already designed for many projects. It was working fine. But same BLE part is not working now. Kindly help us same. Thanks.

Hi,

did you try to run your BLE-firmware on the nRF52DK? Does the BLE-part work there? If yes there's probably something wrong with your custom board!
