Is the DK USB powered? In that case you should change to external power supply, for example battery. And remove the USB cable. This is so that there is no noise from the USB.

After programming it seems the program does not run, so pressing DK reset button prints out the text from above. Then the DK consumes about 19uA after the last print. Using the PPK2 to measure

Don't needed the RTT.

But when I did this ( got the out goping with the reset btn ) then floor average ends up at 19,5uA ?!?!

I have not enabled the RTT: I updated some stuff that should not matter. Not at least after reopening the project I not get a floor power consumption of average 5,7uA. Way better than 450 but still not where I would expect

Have you checked the output log? It should indicate if the device fails to enter system off.

I get a static 420-500uA power consumption

Hello,

System off should work the same whether you are using Zephyr or nRF5 SDK, it's the same registers that are being written to. My guess is that the nrf52 is not in system off for some reason. Did you make any modifications to the example code? Can you share?
