&lt;p&gt;The GNU Tools Arm Embedded version used for release testing SDK 12.x was GCC ARM Embedded 4.9 2015q3, so I recommend you use that. If you still see problems, can you test with the debug&amp;nbsp;bootloader project with RTT logging? The log may give some useful indication of what happens.&lt;/p&gt;
