I issued on both dongles following commands:

I suspected that the application has some invalid configuration inside flash memory. So I created HEX file with all 'ones' and flash it. Now ping works. It would be useful to have some erase option in nRF Connect Programmer software. But for others who might have similar issue I attach HEX file which solved the problem. It also solve problem with connecting to openthread gateway

I use two nRF52840 dongles to repeat the same test as you did, seems everything is fine. The latency is 10ms. We did not get a similar issue before either.

I suspect there might be a hardware issue or effect from the radio environemt. Do you have any clue about these two directions? Do you have other devices to try?

RE: NRF5280 dongle - open thread cli issue

Hi Oto,

I am trying to recreate your issue, will reply to you soon.
