 I am currently working on interfacing an e-paper display with the nRF9160 dk using SPI protocol. &lt;p&gt;The values you set in the device tree can be gotten from a set of macros in the code.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can find the API documentation here: &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.4.0/zephyr/reference/devicetree/index.html"&gt;devicetree API documentation.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Zephyr&amp;#39;s basic blinky and button samples shows how you can write to or read a pin. You can find them in &amp;lt;your NCS folder&amp;gt;/zephyr/samples/basic.&lt;/p&gt;
