Hi, and sorry for the long wait.

While the hardware supports those two bands, several of the modem firmware versions does not.

You can see what bands are supported for Cat-M1 and Cat-NB1 in the modem firmware release notes.

In the release notes for mfw v1.2.2, you will see that bands 14 1nd 17 are not supported for Cat-M1.
