When more than one SAADC channel is configures, you trigger sampling once, and all channels are sampled consecutively. You can see an example of that <a href="https://github.com/NordicPlayground/nRF52-ADC-examples/tree/master/ble_app_uart__saadc_timer_driven__scan_mode">here</a>, and also refer to the <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/saadc.html?cp=4_2_0_36#saadc_frontpage">SAADC chapter in the PS</a> (search for &quot;scan mode&quot;).</p> <p>Regarding the values you read, I suggest you continue in <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/69677/the-adc-value-of-the-potentiometer-seems-to-be-strange">this thread</a>.</p> <p>Please note that me and most of the Nordic engineers will be away on Christmas holiday the rest of the year, so we may not be able to reply on any follow-up questions until beginning of January.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
