 I need your urgent help :) 
 The pump is advertising every 15 minutes for 10 seconds.

&lt;p&gt;If the app is not running you need to run a service which will look for advertising devices, even when the app is closed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In later versions of Android this has to be a so called foreground service, which displays a notification in the notification bar to show the user that is is running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
