Yes. But is there a way to monitor it with just terminal software? Compiling the Zephyr basic programs, I see no output.

Can you please share a complete screenshot of the LTE Link Monitor? The LTE Link Monitor is a serial terminal and will automatically connect the correct COM port if "Auto device/port filter" is checked/enabled.

I was able to get the firmware to upload and I do see data in the LTE Link Monitor. However, I do not see any output with a serial terminal connected to either port. I'm connecting at 115200, N, 8, 1. I tried with and without CTS flow control.

Hello,

Can you please be more specific in what "nothing happens" mean? What do you get from the output (COM port) of the device? Please install the LTE Link Monitor in nRF Connect for Desktop, and see what the output gives. Have you updated the modem FW?

Edit: Please make sure to follow our instructions provided in "Programming the Thingy:91", and read the documentation on "Working with Thingy:91".
