Hi,

If you still have the programming interface, you can think of using RTT logging. This uses the same SWD interface to print out the log and you don't need the extra hardware to get the log.
Please try using the sniffer to debug, it would provide very valuable information.

Hi Hung, thanks for the reply. Just want to update for what I found out tonight. I downloaded nRF Connect Android to my phone, and it connects and disconnects normally after bonding, so I think it may be the problem of my app. I will look into it more. By the way, for some reason, our PCB cannot configure logger so we can't print messages on the console.

Hi,

Please try to capture a sniffer trace when the 2 devices are bonding and when they reconnect. Don't forget to select the advertiser so that it can follow the connection.

Could you explain what exactly you meant by "couldn't connect it back" , did it advertise ? Have you checked if there is any assertion ?
