I got confirmation that GPS current consumption is the nRF9160 only (no external LNA included). Measurement is done in lab conditions with 12 satellites visible.

Just to clarify, no LNA was placed between the passive antenna and the nRF9160 for numbers in the data sheet?

I got back from the developers that the tests were done with a passive antenna in a lab envrionment emulating open sky. The latter means the conditions were similar to an open sky environment.
