Do you have a link to a Wireshark issue or something ? It has been 4 years without fixing this and I'm happy to help or open an issue on Wireshark issue but you are very sparse on technical details.

The team have found out that this is most likely a Wireshark extcap pluging issue, so it won't be fixed.

I have tested with the suggestion you mentioned above. I tested and found that the issue still exists, based on my test results, the startup time to capture the 802.15.4 packets is very long, and the windows disappear issue is fixed only by removing the BLE extcap files. this issue is easy to reduplicate when there are BLE & 802.15.4 extcap files together.

for this case, do you have any good suggestions that can be share with me?

Hi,

It looks like this is something introduced after v3.2.10. From our side we can make a notice about this and try to send a bug report to Wireshark, but it may take time to get this fixed. I have tested different versions and don't see this problem when downgrading to v3.2.7. I wonder if the problem arise when updating Wireshark. Could you try downloading the an older stable release (v3.2.10) to see if the problem persists?
