Your online power estimator only concerns nRF52840/832/810.
How to get a value when using nRF5233 with CTE activated for AoA ?
In other words, what is the additional current conumption, in percent, compared to the nRF52832 figures in advetizing

RE: BT5.1 CTE additionnal current consumption

Hi

We don't have any specific current consumption numbers regarding CTE in AoA, as we don't have a public Direction Finding version as of yet. You should be able to get a ballpark estimate however, by comparing the CTE to the initial advertisement if the packet is extended by a similar amount of us as the initial payload. The CTE is "just" an unmodulated tone at the end oif the packet, and the current consumption will come from the PLL, PA, and modules on the board which will be running in both cases.

So if the CTE is the same length as the initial advertising packet, the current consumption increase will be ~100%. I'm sure we will add these other nRF52 devices to the Online Power Profiler eventually, with the addition of CTE, etc. as well.

Best regards,
