As Marc says, this is not possible with the S110. It is a pure Peripheral/Broadcaster, and can not scan for other advertisers.

Alas, no. The current SoftDevice (S110) is a Peripheral/Broadcast only device. Pretty much any Peripheral device can do Broadcast role as it's merely a non-connectable advertisment.

To read (scan) those advertisments, you'll need a Central/Observer role (which is where the S120 comes in).
