&lt;p&gt;You can refer to the spi_loopback example mentioned on &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/support-private/support/262384"&gt;ticket&amp;nbsp;262384&lt;/a&gt;. Remember to connect P0.21(MOSI) and P0.22(MISO) to build the loop.&lt;/p&gt;
