If so, you can refer to&amp;nbsp;s113_nrf52_7.2.0_release-notes.pdf under&amp;nbsp;nRF5_SDK_17.0.2\components\softdevice\s113\doc. The SD Flash size is 112.0 kB (0x1C000 bytes).&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;FLASH_START is 0x1c000 and&amp;nbsp;RAM_START is 0x20002608. You can refer to the S113 example under&amp;nbsp;nRF5_SDK_17.0.2\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_uart\pca10056\s113.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
