This is why I said that it's easiest to start with an example which uses the SoftDevice you require!

The doc lists the SoftDevice memory requirements for Flash and RAM. You also can refer to this tutorial https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/short-range-guides/b/getting-started/posts/adjustment-of-ram-and-flash-memory

It works with the value from the app_uart_example, thanks.

But why not provide that information with the softdevice documentation? The docs you mentioned dont talk about RAM addresses.

I think you mean S113 SoftDevice v7.2.0. If so, you can refer to s113_nrf52_7.2.0_release-notes.pdf under nRF5_SDK_17.0.2\components\softdevice\s113\doc. The SD Flash size is 112.0 kB (0x1C000 bytes). FLASH_START is 0x1c000 and RAM_START is 0x20002608. You can refer to the S113 example under nRF5_SDK_17.0.2\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_uart\pca10056\s113.

probably easiest to start with an example which uses that softdevice, and then merge your code into that.
