&lt;p&gt;The easiest way is the same concept in this &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/53691/re-changing-the-uart-tx-rx-pins"&gt;answer &lt;/a&gt;from my colleague. Y&lt;span&gt;ou can just modify in the main.c to use whatever pins you want for RX and TX. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;If you use nRF52832 DK to emulate the functionality of nRF52810 as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a title="nRF52 Series" href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/struct_nrf52/struct/nrf52810_dev_kit.html?resultof=%22%6e%52%46%35%32%38%31%30%22%20%22%6e%72%66%35%32%38%31%30%22%20"&gt;Development kit for nRF52810&lt;/a&gt;. Then, please keep in mind that&amp;nbsp;P0.21 is the reset pin on nRF52832 DK. If you want to use P0.21 as GPIO, you need to add the symbol&amp;nbsp;CONFIG_GPIO_AS_PINRESET&amp;nbsp; to your precompiler symbols in your project.
