&lt;p&gt;Please check out &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fps_nrf52820%2Fpin.html&amp;amp;anchor=wlcsp"&gt;the pin assignments&lt;/a&gt; in the product specification. all pins defines as&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;General purpose I/O can be used for UART, but the ones that are recommended as &amp;quot;Standard drive, low frequency I/Os only&amp;quot; should not be used for high frequency purposes while the radio is running to prevent interference.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
