I stuck with some other issues, I think because of Linux kernel, no packets are routing to bt0 interface from the raspberry pi router. If that solved, I will try the internal MQTT library or some other opensource libraries.

I don't have very much knowledge about this. Since this is a Zephyr related question you may be able to gets some good help from one of these Zephyr Resources. Try asking the question there, and if you don't get an answer, please ping me here and I'll look into it.
