To use the battery energy as much as possible, I need to using the integrated DC/DC and using internal ADC

RE: I need some chip info about nRF52832 DC/DC and ADC

Got it, thank you for your help.

RE: I need some chip info about nRF52832 DC/DC and ADC
1. the power capability and efficiency of the DC/DC
i. the max output current and the peak current and continues current as recommended.
ii. the efficiency of the DC/DC and switching frequency at different power load (assume it's working in PFM) and different voltage output, (would be possible that the CPU voltage
The DCDC converter only supplies the radio. It's not designed to supply external power to other circuitry. Hence there are no spec for the DCDC converter. You can find the current numbers in the PS with LDO and DCDC: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/radio.html#unique_260779787
