Then you need only SEGGER or MBED driver on your PC host to be able to program and debug the nRF51422 which is attached to the Atmel MCU. In case of SEGGER J-Link FW you can even use it as replacement to standalone J-Link CortexM HW because it has another JTAG/SWD 10-pin connector to target external MCU (not the nRF51422 on the DK board itself).
