Put it into serial recovery mode by pressing SW4 instead of SW3, then flash the connectivity bridge FW that you can download from our website.</p> <p></p> <p>If it doesn&#39;t work via the Programmer application, you can also try using <span style="font-family:&#39;courier new&#39;, courier;">mcumgr</span>, as described in the tutorial:&nbsp;<a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/cellular-iot-guides/b/getting-started-cellular/posts/thingy91_2d00_fw_2d00_update_2d00_mcuboot">Thingy:91 Firmware Update using MCUboot</a>.&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>When the FW on the nRF52840 is successfully updated, try with the application on the nRF9160 SiP again.</p> <p></p> <p>Best regards,</p> <p>Heidi</p> <p></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
