Hi,

You need an extra DK to work as BLE local device to detect connect it to advertising devices and discover their service on the target when you use nRF Connect Bluetooth Low Energy.

(and I have bluetooth module on my laptop)

I download the SD and now the example (ble_app_blinky_pca10056_s140 - nrf52840_xxaa) is compiled and run.

now, I want to test it and connect it using the nRF connect. which APPS on the nRF I need to use?

No. You can add the SD image to the File Memory Layout graphic, and it will show you its location.

ok, but when I add the softdevice hex file, did I need to add it on specific location on the memory?

The nRFGO studio is deprecated. Please try with the nRF Connect Programmer.
