Is that problem solved? I also disconnected several times.

In serial_LTE_Modem project, where can I add or modify this CA_CERTIFICATE, CLIENT_PUBLIC_CERTIFICATE and CLIENT_PRIVATE_KEY keys for AWS connection ?

Could you try to set these in your prj.conf:

CONFIG_RESET_ON_FATAL_ERROR=n
CONFIG_LOG=y

Then you should be able to see more information about the hard fault. Open a serial terminal like Termite to see the log.

Also, in the debuggin session, try to continue after the break point (green arrow), or remove the break point, to see if you can get more information in the call stack.
