Is this light blue or dark blue? Light blue is actually white, while dark blue would indicate that the device is connected and sending data. See more information on color coding in the Asset Tracker documentation. I would recommend using LTE Link Monitor to see the debug output from the Thingy:91 to see what status is. Please also post the log of LTE Link Monitor here.

There should be two COM ports visible when booting the Thingy:91 in MCUBoot. Please verify. Do you have access to a nRF9160 DK?

Hi. Yes i have powered on the Thingy:91. Without pressing SW its shows blue light and when I press SW while switching it doesnt show any light and it us not been detected in the programmer. Do we need to install any usb drivers?

HI. I activated the sim card. But when I try to update firmware through programmer, it is not detecting the module. Also when i try add LTE device in cloud it shows "There was an error adding your device: No device found for this id. The device has not yet been provisioned. Troubleshoot nRF Code 40412".
