I am assuming you are using Keil or nrfjprog and flashing does not depend on what softdevice version it is. If it is a valid hex file.

I cannot program an external nRF51822 module(program old softdevice S110 6.0.0) with nRF51-DK p20 (SWD), it give message "invalid parameter error".

51422 DK board (PC10028) can program/erase blink example for external board(51822) successfully.

what 's the problem? or 51422 DK cannot support program old softdevice s110 6.0.0 ??

you should apply Vcc on pin1 on P19 from your board. Else debug port has no power and it cannot be used. Check this post
