Hi, here is the questions and answers collected:

1. Is there a possibility to have HFP and A2DP profile work in multipoint configuration simultaneously?
Nom HFP and A2DP are BR/EDR profiles. They will not be available on LE-Audio AFAIK.

2. Does LE Audio support Bi-Directional stream/speech with multiple sink devices?
  Yes, protocol allows to arrange data flowing in both directions.

3. When using LE Audio with multiple sink devices, can those sink devices also communicate between them via master Bluetooth source?
For example:  During streaming audio, 2 or more users also want to talk between them, and hear their conversation via their devices.
Uncertain. A device having both initiator and acceptor roles is probably be possible, but no one at this point can prototype this as i am aware.

4. For applications as "Conference call" Does A2DP can be bidirectional or it is only for transmitting?
  The somehow equivalent of A2DP in LE audio is called CAP (Common audio profile), will definitely allow bidirectional streams.
