It should, as long as logging is enabled and a debugger is connected (a debugger is required when using RTT logs).

Have you tried running it on a DK?

Other than the logs, is the bootloader working as expected?

we are not running on nrf52832 DK, Running on our own hardware,
on your DK, will the bootloader log be printed normally every time it is powered on?

we change nothing to default project,The RTT viewer is reconnected after each boot

I find this strange. Are you running this on a DK? Is there some way for me to reproduce this on an nRF52832 DK?

Did you do any changes to the pca10040_ble_debug project? The RTT Viewer is a bit flaky some times. Have you tried to reconnect it after starting the nRF?
