&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;It should, as long as logging is enabled and a debugger is connected (a debugger is required when using RTT logs).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you tried running it on a DK?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Other than the logs, is the bootloader working as expected?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;we are not running on nrf52832 DK, Running on our own hardware,&lt;br /&gt;on your DK, will the bootloader log be printed normally every time it is powered on?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;we change nothing to default project,The RTT viewer is reconnected after each boot&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I find this strange. Are you running this on a DK? Is there some way for me to reproduce this on an nRF52832 DK?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Did you do any changes to the pca10040_ble_debug project? The RTT Viewer is a bit flaky some times. Have you tried to reconnect it after starting the nRF?&lt;/p&gt;
