&lt;p&gt;I have updated the &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/blogs/679/nrf51-current-consumption-for-common-scenarios/"&gt;blog post&lt;/a&gt; with some connection examples as well. The purpose is to give an idea how different parameters affect the current consumption. I have added cases S110 peripheral connection (example 6) and S110 peripheral connection (example 7) to address your specific use case. I have also tried to explain in a comment how to calculate the current consumption of application processing.&lt;/p&gt;
